The large-capacity 50l electric alcohol rotary evaporator is a new type of Laboratory Rotovap Distillation independently developed by our company. Laboratory Rotavapor System is mainly used for Alcohol Distiller concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in the pharmaceutical, chemical and bio-pharmaceutical industries. The principle is as follows: under vacuum condition, the glass rotating bottle is rotated at a constant speed by constant temperature heating, and the material forms a large-area film on the bottle wall to evaporate more effectively. Then, the solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in a collecting bottle, thereby greatly improving the evaporation efficiency, and is particularly suitable for concentration and purification of biological products which are easily decomposed and degenerated by high temperature.
