Product Description
The falling film rotary evaporator is an indispensable instrument for evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in scientific research and production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological products industries. The Laboratory Rotovap Distillation is developed by applying vacuum vacuum condition, constant temperature heating and thin film evaporation. The Laboratory Rotavapor System adopts imported high-grade frequency converter control, stepless speed regulation makes the glass rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed, the material forms a large area uniform film on the bottle wall, and then the rotating bottle is evenly heated by the controllable constant temperature water bath pot under the vacuum condition of the system. At high speed evaporation, the solvent vapor is cooled by a high efficiency glass double condenser and recovered in a collection bottle.
The vertical condenser rotary evaporator contact area, high evaporation efficiency, ease of use, low noise, reliable seal, foam material can be processed easily, and complete specifications, has formed 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and other product specifications(manual lifting, automatic lifting, explosion-proof or OEM), 100L lab rotary evaporator was developed and launched a large-scale factory exclusive rotary evaporation, to facilitate customer needs in real mass production.
